How can I book a session?
You can book a session by first submitting a contact form on our website's contact page. From there we will set up a discovery call where we discuss your project and availability. Should you choose to continue, a deposit will be required to secure and confirm the booking date.
What is your cancelation policy?
We understand that plans can change. Below is our policy regarding cancellations and rescheduling:

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your shoot, your deposit will act as a rescheduling fee. The shoot will be moved to the next available date that works for both you and the photographer/videographer.

Cancellation by Client: If you choose to cancel your shoot for any reason, please note that the deposit will be non-refundable.

Cancellation by Photographer/Videographer: In the rare event that your shoot is canceled due to circumstances on our end, your deposit will be fully refunded.
What are your rates?
Our rates vary depending on the scope of the project, location, and duration. Please contact us for a custom quote tailored to your needs.
What is your turn around time?
For photos, our turn around time is typically 10-14 business days. For videos, it's 4-6 business weeks depending on the complexity of the project. Expedited services may be available for an additional fee.
How will final images and videos be delivered?
Currently, we do not provide physical copies like prints or albums. However, all photos and videos will be delivered digitally through a secure link. Please note that files will only be released once the invoice has been paid in full.

Do you offer archiving after delivery?
While we recommend backing up your files immediately, files will be available to view and download for up to 45 days after delivery through the provided link.
